Jennifer Tilly was conceived in Los Angeles on 16 September 1958 under very poor conditions. Her mother worked as teacher at a local school and was an unremarkable actor, and her father was a salesman for cars. Jennifer was the second daughter in her family and she often accompanied her mother, who worked as a schoolteacher and a theater teacher, to performances. She thought she was remarkable. Jennifer's parents divorced at the age of 5 years young. Jennifer was brought up to British Columbia by her mother who moved there with her siblings. Jennifer even though she'd always been an extremely talented child however, she was not the most educated person. In her early years, Jennifer was often targeted by bullies at Canadian schools. As her interest in theatre diminished as she entered high school, she began taking part in shows alongside her mother. The influence of her mother was to inspire all the youngsters in her household to have a passion and interest for art. Then, she took action.
